Women’s Fitness Boxing for Beginners

Experience a great cardio workout while learning the basics of real boxing (this is not a “kickboxing” class). Beyond tae-bo! In this result producing, 6-week, no contact program you will experience a female-focused, practical, body-shaping workout. Do you want to get in shape before the holidays, spring, or summer? Bring your friends and share your new levels of confidence together while getting in shape in feeling great!

Women must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens (16+) are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing. (Please dress modestly – no low-cut shirts or spaghetti-straps).

Beginner’s classes run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm – 9:00pm.

The following Women’s Fitness Boxing classes are coming up!

  • April 15, 2014 – May 20, 2014
  • June 3, 2014 – July 8, 2014
  • September 23, 2014 – October 28, 2014

Women’s Fitness Boxing (Advanced)

Women who have taken the beginner’s fitness boxing class will continue to experience a great cardio workout while implementing the basics of boxing. This no-contact program runs continuously and is a female-oriented, practical, and body-shaping workout. Box your way into shape, have fun, and release your daily stresses on a regular basis!

Women must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens (16+) are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing. (Please dress modestly – no low-cut shirts or spaghetti-straps).

Advanced Fitness Boxing Classes for Women run continuously:

  • Monday – 8:15pm until 9:15pm
  • Wednesday – 8:15pm until 9:15pm

Cost for Advanced Fitness Boxing for Women:

  • $80/month (to box 2x per week)
  • $50/month (for 1 class per week – you must choose which day upon registration).

Please note: Women must attend the beginner’s boxing class or be a current Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do student in order to attend advanced boxing. Those with previous outside experience must meet with Master Blair in advance.

Men’s Fitness Boxing for Beginners

This no-contact fitness boxing class is designed with the working man in mind. In this 6-week dream fantasy camp program you will learn basic boxing techniques, including hand and footwork, while getting a great cardio workout. Learn the real McCoy from the trainer of a two-time world champion – our own Master Blair. maze your friends with your new knowledge and confidence!

Men must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens (16+) are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing.

Beginner’s classes run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm until 9:00pm.

The following Men’s Fitness Boxing classes for beginners have been set for the 2013 calendar year:

SPECIAL NOTES – CLASSES AND REGISTRATION

Please note the following:

  • We do not require you to sign a contract.
  • All membership fees for advanced boxing classes are due on the first of each month and are due on a month to month basis. Class fees are NOT pro-rated or adjusted for missed classes. There is a $10 late fee for payments received after the 7th of each month.
  • Class schedules and fees are subject to change at any time.
  • We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
