<li>Easy yet intense workout routines you can repeat in between classes.</li>
<li>How to modify your workout routines to adapt to personal health issues and fitness levels.</li>

<li>How to build strong muscles (without becoming bulky).</li>
<li>How to teach your body to stop storing fat for use as fuel.</li>
<li>How to modify your lifestyle and dietary habits to encourage fat cell shrinkage throughout the day.</li>

<em>$90 for a 10 class card (expires 3 months after purchase)</em><br />
<em>$160 for a 20 class card (expires 6 months after purchase)<br />

<p><em>Women must be 18 years or older to participate</em>. <em>Mature teens are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.</em><em></em></p>
<p><em>Classes will run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm – 9:00pm</em><em></em></p>

<p>Women who have taken the beginner’s fitness boxing class will continue to experience a great cardio workout while implementing the basics of boxing. Beyond tae-bo! This no-contact program continues to focus on a female-oriented, practical, and body shaping workout. Box your way into shape!</p>
<p><em>Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing</em><em></em></p>
<p><em>Women must be 18 years or older to participate.</em><em></em></p>
<p><em>Classes run continuously on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 8:15pm – 9:15pm</em><em></em></p>
<p><em>Women must attend the beginners boxing class or be a current MDKMA Tae Kwon Do student in order to attend advanced boxing. Those with previous outside experience must meet with Master Blair in advance. </em><em></em></p>
