Women’s Fitness Boxing (Beginners)

Experience a great cardio workout while learning the basics of boxing! Beyond tae-bo! In this result producing, 6-week, no contact program you will experience a female-focused, practical, and body-shaping workout. Get in shape before spring! Bring your friends and share your newfound confidence together while getting in shape and feeling great!

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing

Women must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.

Classes will run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm – 9:00pm

The following Women’s Fitness Boxing for Beginners sessions have been set for the 2010 calendar year!

  • November 2nd, 2010 – December 7th, 2010
  • March 8th, 2011 – April 5th, 2011
  • June 7th, 2011 – July 12th, 2011
  • November 8th, 2011 – December 13th, 2011

Cost: $150 plus tax (includes gloves). Register early to reserve your space in the class of your choice!!

Women’s Fitness Boxing (Advanced)

Women who have taken the beginner’s fitness boxing class will continue to experience a great cardio workout while implementing the basics of boxing. Beyond tae-bo! This no-contact program continues to focus on a female-oriented, practical, and body shaping workout. Box your way into shape!

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing

Women must be 18 years or older to participate.

Classes run continuously on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 8:15pm – 9:15pm

Women must attend the beginners boxing class or be a current MDKMA Tae Kwon Do student in order to attend advanced boxing. Those with previous outside experience must meet with Master Blair in advance.

Cost: $75 per month + NJ sales tax
