Saturday Afternoon Tai Chi Classes with Sensei Arthur Citron

You need Tai Chi in your life!

The health benefits of Tai Chi are many:

  • Relieve stress with slow and easy movements
  • Restore health and balance
  • Improve memory and concentration
  • Regain life restoring energy
  • Replace lost flexibility

Adults of all ages are welcome to attend Tai Chi classes.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and inform the instructor if you have any physical limitations so that we can ensure your experience is as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Classes will be held on Saturday afternoons
1:00pm – 2:00pm

Cost: $10 per class, due upon arrival

Class sizes will be limited.
