Men’s Fitness Boxing (Beginners)

This no-contact fitness boxing class is designed with the working man in mind. In this 6-week dream fantasy camp program you will learn basic boxing techniques, including hand and footwork, while getting a great cardio workout! Learn the real McCoy from the trainer of a two-time world champion: our own Master Blair! Amaze your friends with your new knowledge and confidence.

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing

Men must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.

The next scheduled class dates are as follows:

  • January 18th, 2011 – February 22nd, 2011
  • April 19th, 2011 – May 24th, 2011
  • September 20th, 2011 – October 25th, 2011

Cost: $150 + NJ sales tax (includes gloves). Reserve your space today to ensure you’re able to get into the class of your choice!

Men’s Fitness Boxing (Advanced)

Graduates of the Men’s Beginner’s Boxing class, as well as men from the regular Tae Kwon Do classes, are welcome to join the Advanced Fitness Boxing class. Continue to hone your boxing skills while building up your strength and endurance levels!

Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing.

Men must be 18 years or older to participate.

Classes run continuously on Thursday evenings from 8:00pm – 9:00pm

Men must attend either the beginner’s boxing class or be current MDKMA Tae Kwon Do Students to attend the advanced boxing class.

Cost: $50 per month + NJ sales tax
